Novoto
received a contract to develop a semiconductor wafer metrology equipment
hardware from scratch including the technology development & systems
engineering. Novoto will not only provide the necessary electro-mechanical
hardware to lead the R&D effort, but also the final product hardware.
Novoto is defining the technology roadmap for the client. Novoto’s
experience in wafer automation, precision engineering,
and optomechanics was well recognized by the client. Novoto is very
excited about the contract.
